I’ve been dreaming of van life living so this is very timely. I could imagine using the gym for showers etc. I think parking in a safe spot is my only concern. How are you finding it?
I find it very easy most of the time. Each time I try a different type of place to sleep, the first night is a little nerve-wrecking. Now most places are easy. I hope you get to try it sometime if even for a vacation. It's very freeing.

(As for email notifications, I have an email I use just for Substack. I get all my notifications there, and I keep it open in a separate window where I have Substack opened and tabs of writings I'm working on.)
I'm glad you were able to find it again. I always enjoy other people's vehicle tours and thought I should do one. So many people have a hard time picturing living in a vehicle, intentionally, and what the set-up could look like. Have you been a vehicle dwelling traveler?
Not like you! My wife, child, and I lived in camper for 2 years. We made it all through the southeast, across the middle US, down the west coast, and across the southwest. It was no car living, but it was three people in a truck and travel trailer. I loved the thrill of having everything we owned in one moveable package.
I, too, turned off email notifications. Thanks! Regarding car travel/packing...wow! Minimalist and beyond organized. Where are you from Patricia? I agree that Ann Arbor is a great city. I am from St. Joseph, MI. Lake lady. Safe and fun travels.
It is a great feature of the app. Too many emails cause people to simply mass delete and never return. Thanks for thinking the "mess" is organized because it is in my mind. lol. St. Joseph is a great little town for vacation. Not sure if I could live there year round. I am from NW Ohio. We are/were practically neighbors. Midwest, Denver, Arizona.
